From powder to a measured part.
Three stages decide whether a ceramic component works in service: how it is formed, how it is machined, and whether anyone checks it afterwards.
Diamond machining
Green and sintered ceramic is turned, milled and ground with diamond tooling to the tolerances on your drawing — including bores, shoulders, slots and threads that cannot be pressed to size.
Dimensional inspection
Critical dimensions are measured on the finished part before it is released, so what arrives matches the drawing rather than the batch average.
Sintering, finishing and quartz work
Grades are fired to their operating window and finished for the application. Quartz components are bent, welded, cut and polished in the same workshop as the ceramic lines.
